Clark Restaurant Service, located in Owensboro Kentucky, invites applications for a
contractional Registered Dietitian. The Dietitian provides consulting services in the
areas of:
– Assessing, planning, and administering nutritional care for employees and CRS
OneSource Customers
– Conducts sanitation audits/Serve Safe Classes/CEU Classes
– Provides recipes to the Culinary Field Manager and Customers
– Provides nutritional information as needed
– Reviews and creates menus for CRS customers
– Attends CRS Customer Review Presentations as needed
– Attends meetings with CRS Customers

Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
(RDN) credential required for Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, and Tennessee.
